I’m William Hynes, the filmmaker behind Studio57Production, based in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
My work spans commercial productions, wedding films, and agricultural stories. Away from the camera, I’m a husband, father, and farmer—with a love for nature and adventure.

Over the years, I’ve filmed businesses, wedding celebrations, and the people working on farms and conservation projects. Each brings a different setting and a different reason to pick up a camera.
That variety is an important part of Studio57. Commercial production, wedding storytelling, and agricultural filmmaking all have a place in my work. This site brings those experiences together, with a focus on environmental and agricultural stories.
My journey in film
Experience built
on real projects.
I studied communication and film production at Messiah, graduating in 2006. Since then, my career has taken me through production-company roles, freelance shoots, and leading Studio57.
I’ve worked across cinematography, editing, and motion graphics—experience that lets me stay involved in both capturing a story and shaping the finished film.
- Commercial productionMy work with FGV Media included projects for Sheetz, Dutch Wonderland, Arooga’s, and Traditions of America, with contributions across filming and post-production.
- Wedding storytellingWedding films have been part of my portfolio since at least 2010, and remain part of my work today.
- Studio57ProductionSince 2014, I’ve led Studio57, bringing together my work as a cinematographer, director, and editor.
- Agriculture and conservationMy portfolio includes the ACAP impact story and a Studio57-produced video featured by Penn State’s Young Grower Alliance.

There’s more to my life than the next production. I’m a husband, a father, and a farmer. Nature, adventure, and storytelling are interests I return to whether I’m working or spending time with family.
My personal photographs and films include harvests, bees, changing skies, and trips into the mountains. Alongside the commissioned work, they offer another view of the person behind Studio57.
